I have never been served better in a restaurant before! We were a group of 8 people and everyone was impressed with the service. The service was like in a 5* restaurant. The waiter, Nemanja I think was his name, took very good care of us. From topping up our glasses as soon as he sees them almost empty, through asking if everything is ok, till becoming our own photographer. Tamara, the supervisor, was checking on us and helping her colleague with everything she could while taking care of the rest of the tables. The food was delicious. Everything arrived on time. Well done team "The Edge"!!! Keep it up! Thank you!!!

MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms and conditions for membership at The Edge Lido (referred to as the “Lido”) which is owned by Baypoint Hotel Company Limited, a company registered in Malta, the (referred to as the (“Owner”), and which is operated by CHL (referred to as the “Operator”):

  1. The Operator reserves the right to accept subscriptions for membership to the Lido and admissions to the Lido at its discretion.
  2. Lido membership is valid only for entry to the Lido and the use of its facilities in the designated areas as marked in the attached site plan and does not include access to the adjacent hotels’ private facilities, which are reserved for the registered guests of the respective hotels or operated by third parties.
  3. All members MUST wear the wristband provided.
  4. No food or drinks are to be brought into the Lido. Only food and drink purchased at the Lido may be consumed on
    the premises. The management reserves the right to hold any Coolers at the Lido Entrance (these will be returned
    on exit).
  5. No Sunbeds may be reserved. All unattended Towels and other belongings will be removed immediately.
  6. The opening of the Umbrellas is at the Sole Discretion of the Operator.
  7. Use of the Lido and any of its facilities shall be at the sole risk of the person or persons using it. The Owner and the
    Operator or their respective shareholders, directors, employees or contractors shall not be responsible for any damage or loss to the person or property occasioned therein.
  8. All persons under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult when entering the Lido and must be supervised by such adults when making use of the Lido’s facilities. Unaccompanied children will not be accepted.
  9. The Operator reserves the right to withdraw subscription of any member to the Lido, if in its reasonable opinion, such member’s behavior is causing undue disturbance to other patrons of the Lido or if any of the above obligations are not
    honored in full. All decisions of the Operator in this regard shall be final.
  10. In case of earlier termination of membership to the Lido for whatever cause, no fees will be refundable.
  11. The foregoing conditions are subject to alteration or modification by the Operator as deemed necessary for the
    orderly operation of the Lido from time to time.
  12. Opening Hours 09:00 – 18:00 Season Dates Monday 20th May – Sunday 13th October 2024.
  13. Membership Card is non-transferable and are to be presented when requested.
  14. Accompanying guests need to purchase a Day use package to be able to access the premises and use lido facilities,
    prebooking required.
  15. Discounts are not applicable on the Day Rates and Seasonal Rates.
  16.  No use of Hi-Fi equipment is allowed.
  17. No Inflatable items, other than children’s safety rings and arm bands, are allowed in the Lido pools.
  18. Should the need arise, the management reserves the right to use any part of the lido facilities and limit access to members to the lido at all times. The hotel will notify the seasonal members in advance and provide an alternative which the hotel deems fit. Members will be contacted via email with alternative arrangements.
  19. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.
